"We were pleasantly disappointed. We expected more trash and debris to be removed from the beach. Happy that we found less to be removed than expected. "

A relatively small group of Volunteers collected about 200 lbs of trash from a small but Important Barrier island. In the past, we saw up to 800 lbs of trash on Raccoon Key so our efforts over the years are paying off!!
