Trip Waivers 

While care is taken to provide a safe experience for all our volunteers as a priority, there is a chance of getting hurt on the trips.   All volunteers must sign or bring the waiver form with them .  Only one waiver is required annually.   Forms will be available the day of the trip but having one printed in advance speeds the process and is appreciated.
